The staff here were incredibly friendly and professional, the bed was comfy, and the room was nice and cozy, plus they had coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

The room was modern and tastefully decorated, equipped with a refrigerator, personal safe, and iron with an ironing board; the staff were professional.

The staff was genuinely helpful and made us feel comfortable. Liked having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers in the room. The breakfast was free, and the location was convenient and efficient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was convenient and we were able to easily walk to museums, the train station, and the Forks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and a lovely wooden decor. We were pleased to find covered parking available at the hotel, which provided added convenience and security. The staff were extremely pleasant, accommodating, and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The stay here was excellent, as the place was brand new, pet-friendly, and had a comfortable king bed, but some staff members could benefit from better training.

The location of the hotel was perfect, literally next door to the MTS Center. the room I stayed in was updated and comfortable for rest.

The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and satisfying.
